I am a complex process. We all are. It is our nature to evolve, change and continually become. We choose to do this consciously or unconsciously. I've done both. I have chosen a path of multiple dramatic transformations including high highs and low lows, awake and asleep. Professionally, I have led change as a corporate brand executive with some of the largest retail companies of our time. I loved it. I have taken risks and felt incredible rewards and devastating loss as an entrepreneur, consultant and coach. All of my work is in the the space of change, the role of making something new or transforming something that wanted to grow. I live and die in this space. Personally, I have lived in the exciting space of worldwide fashion and home product development as well as the oppression of the capitalist, patriarchal board room. I have burned in the ashes, risen as the phoenix, lived in debilitating pain and experienced ecstatic bliss and Unity including immersion into the light and coming home of near death. The depths of these lived experiences and the energy shift in our collective conscious compel me to live in my truth, understanding a much more expansive reality than the one our society and dominant culture presents. Life is often a shit show. It is also a miracle if we see the truth of our reality.

The greatest way to fulfil one's own destiny is to share their one and only uniqueness with the world and live in truth. I am informed by source energy which moves me to work in service of the evolution and integration of all women to their natural place of power and wisdom. I believe that self-actualization and integration are possible through much less painful experiences than I have endured. I hope that my work furthers this idea and builds resilience and provides resources inspiring confidence and power for the deep transformations, the time in the ashes, the melting of the butterfly in the chrysalis. This work is our legacy. We emerge embodied in our truth.

My experiences include and are not limited to launching or transforming more than a dozen national brands between ten and one hundred million in sales, coaching and consulting CEO’s and leaders as a merchant and change-management expert, a devastating dramatic divorce, childhood trauma, childhood joy, parenting two exceptional creative young men, (shout out to single moms), founding a retail tech company and creating an ecosystem supporting women-owned businesses, a major health issue that included a revelatory near death experience, deep-dive into self-healing through energy work, countless naturally induced psychedelic experiences, Reiki, Somatic and EMDR certification, hundreds of science and spirituality books (writing my own book in process), a year in the woods inspired by Thoreau's Walden Pond, and extensive worldwide travel from camping in nature to five star resorts. I am all and none of these experiences. I am that I am. We all are. We are here for each other. We are in this together.
